Time Magazine, A Primary Source
Back in the day, beginning in 1923, Time Magazine came to homes and newsstands weekly with reports of current events and timely news. Coverage ranged from politics to sports to entertainment. In other words, Time chronicled all aspects of life. Additionally, as one of the first reporters of what would become significant history. Time Magazine through the years may be counted as a primary source for historians or students of history. For example, check out the lead story of the start of WWII in the December 14, 1941 issue of Time . But life did go on.
